How do I read RAMMap from Sysinternals?

I have a server that Task Manager show the memory as peaked, but when I looked at processes it was only showing less then half. I found RAMMap from Windows Sysinternals Suite and it shows me that I have 13GB used by METAFILE. I know from this
what METAFILE is but how can I tell what program/application/process is caching the 13GB to METALIFE?
