From the clients perspective, you can see which Root authorities are trusted and which certificates have been installed. Start a new MMC console, add the Certificates snap-in. Choose the appropriate type of certificates you wish to view User Account/Computer Account. In the Personal store, you can see which certificates have been installed. if you wish to see which roots you trust, click on Trusted Root Certification Authorities... and so on for the rest of the categories.
