Hello Guys,

Does anyone knows where can I configure/upgrade the Free Tier of Azure Active Directory to the Basic Tier inside the managment portal.

Does anyone did it before?

I can't remember, but can you look under the 'Quick Start Menu' ??

It's not there.

I can only change from the free tier to the premium tier via the portal.

 According to the FAQ at the below site, You cannot purchase AAD Basic online.
 
 Can I purchase Azure Active Directory Basic online?
 No. Azure Active Directory Basic is available only through a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, the Open Volume License Program and the Cloud Solution Provider program.

 I would suggest you contact Azure Billing support with a Free Support Ticket and the support professionals with that team should be able to help you.
