How do I disable virtual graphics memory?
I have a 1GB 8800gt and Server 2008 is allocating 2 extra gigabytes to graphics memory. I have 8GB total memory. I have 3 virtual servers running, each server requires 2GB. I am seeing some serious slowdown due to the lack of available memory. Thank you for your help.

Hi,I'm not familiarwith your server hardware but I believe you have to look in the computer BIOS.Jens Ole Kragh

Unfortunately, nothing in the BIOS mentions allocating virtual memory. I am not running server hardware, I have a standard Gigabyte motherboard and can play with many settings (especially for overclocking) but nothing concerning the size of the memory allocated for graphics.I looked in the Nvidia Control Panel and I did not see anything helpful.

Hi, Not all motherboards have this function. I suggest contacting your motherboard/computer manufacturer to confirm this. You can also contact Nvidia for more information. Tim Quan - MSFT
