I have 4 identical 1 TB WD green drives in the storage pool. I am receiving a message that one of the drives is failing. The error message gives the WD drive model info but they all have that info. Looking at the device instance ID in the System panel and the numbers after the drive model # are no where to be found on the drive. On the end of the drives I can see that each has a unique serial #. How can I associate the serial number to a specific drive to the error message via software. Usually when I come across something like this I am missing something basic so if this is the case forgive my ignorance.
