Open Group Policy, navigate to UserConfiguration\AdministrativeTemplates\System. Find policy named "Don't run specified Windows applications" and add the games there like
chess.exe,frecell.exe

Another way out would be ussing the applocker (application locker) as well

Hi !
In Windows 7 Enterprise / Professional Windows Games is not avalaible, but using Applocker would be easier however this only works with Windows 7/2008 R2.
If you are using Windows Vista you can use this group policy User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar > Remove Games link fom Start Menu

You could also script this if using server 2003 with XP clients.
Something like the below:
sysocmgr /q /i:%windir%\inf\sysoc.inf /u:\\sharename\sharefolder\answer.txt
Then an answer file which would look like this:
[Components]
freecell=off
hearts=off
freecell=0ff
hearts=off
minesweeper=off
pinball=off
solitaire=off
spider=off
zonegames=off
Hope that helps.Ben Weinberg
