Depends on the applications but I'd start here. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7 Regards, Dave Patrick .... Microsoft Certified Professional Microsoft MVP [Windows] Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

Use program compatibility mode in Windows 7 http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/10436/using-program-compatibility-mode-in-windows-7/ and if you need more assistance you can always contact the windows 7 application compatibility forums http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/w7itproappcompat/threads http://www.arabitpro.com

Hi, Check please the security settings of My Documents folder. Otherwise if you moved files, they are having CACLs from source computer. If you have admin rights please go to the location of your My Documents folder, take the ownership of the folder and then give full permissions to youself. This is not OS compatibility issue, documents and applications are different things.

Hello Joey, Whats the exact error you get when trying to open these transferred documents? Please provide more information so we can help you determine whether its a Compatibility issue or a permission problem. Actually, wed recommend you post in Windows 7 or Windows Vista forum for this query.
