How can I contect Windows Azure Account Team? They canncelled my Windows Azure subscription, and I can't login to any Azure Services now.

I called Hong Kong Microsoft support hotline already, but they provided a very poor customer service to me only, can't help any about that. The support team member who headled my call, he ask me a question"What's is Windows Azure? Is it a Microsoft's software?"
