We are trying to apply the hotfix mentioned in KB 2383928 to a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server. However because SP1 has modified the file in question the hotfix will not apply, we get error from the hotfix saying the file is newer then the one being applied. The modified SP1 file does NOT address the issue that the hotfix is supposed to fix. This is one of 6 RDS servers we have serving several hundred clients so this is a rather big issue for us.
