May I ask  does the error happen on Lync server?

It seems more often on Lync server, the error caused by that your server name isn't matched to the FQDN you defined in topology. Make sure to configure a DNS suffix, since the computer is not a member of the domain it will look for itself as only the computer name and not with the FQDN.
