Home page URL in IE

Hi,

 How to set the home URL for Internet Explorer in Server 2008 R2, so that all the users in the domain gets the same URL when they take internet explorer in their machines, which connected to the same domain. Also I want to block them changing the URL.  I have Windows 2008 R2 server and few machines running Windows 7 and 8.1 Pro.

Hi

 Open GPMC ->create a policy and edit->User configuration ->preferences->COntrol Panel Settings ->Internet settings -> Click" Action" -> New -> Internet Explorer x then configure

You could install Administrative Templates (ADMX) Windows server 2008 r2 for configure ie 10&11
