HI, I recently build an additional DC in our environment. The DC is on Windows server 2003 SP2 with all the critical updates applied. Server has DNS and DHCP also running. Problem is that its CPU usage is constantly at 90-100% Hardware: Intel Xeon 2 CPU @ 1.8GHz 2 GB ram running. I have checked the event logs and nothing stands out, can you please assist?

Use Performance Monitor logs that include the timeframe when the high CPU usage occurred. Ideally, the capture interval should not exceed 10 seconds. You can create the log parameters manually, or by using the Performance Monitor Wizard.
