I wanted to use the IIS search engine optimization tool. I am running Vista and use Microsoft Expression to build my web pages. I do not host my site and upload to a server. The install says i need IIS v7 installed. My ? is can I download ISS v7 and just us it to run the search engine tool? Hope this is the correct fourm.

No you cannot download IIS 7. Its included with Vista/7/2008.Did you install IIS in Vista? Its in Programs and Features under Internet Information Services.
