Help to Solve Irregular System Auto Restart in Windows Server 2003 SP2
I have aHP Proliant Server which has been experiencing irregular system auto restart inWindows Server 2003 SP2.From the log files, there wassome ASR related tothe BSOD issue and had applied the updated firmwares and patches from HP and Microsoft. The issue did not appear again for quite some time but system still having the auto-restart issue. The restart issue continues for 2 months till now and is yet to resolve afterwe had the HP support team to site toupgrade the whole BIOS. We noticed that the server actuallygeneratesa memory dump after the auto restart which HP suggested us to seek for Microsoft support to analyse the dump file. May I know who and where can I send the dump file for some specialist to analyse for me?
