I am having trouble installing MS11-067 KB2548826. This is a patch to fix Microsoft Report Viewer Information Disclosure (2578230) - Visual Studio 2005. Whenever I try to install the patch Windows Installer comes back with the message "This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package" I really could use some help on this. Everything that I find says to run WindowsInstallerCleanUp tool and then uninstall and reinstall Visual Studio 2005 on the server. I would really like to avoid that because this is a production server that also has SQL Server 2005 on it and I am not sure what problems I would have reinstalling Visual Studio 2005. Thanks.
