Help Loading off USB Hard Drive
i'm trying to set the beta up on a test server, i'm just wondering if theres anyway i can load the files of the DVD onto my External HD and boot it up without a DVD Rom in the computer, i really dont feel like pulling out a DVD-Rom to set it up. Thanks

Not officially supported I'd say, but you could on your test server run Win2003 and then virtual server and install Windows Server 2008 directly from the image.

Try this one - http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-6346-5928902.html Could work with some modifications, all you need is for your server to support boot from USB. Boot off WinPE and call the Windows Server 2008 installer.

ya it actually turned out good i gotta buy a new Sata Burner for my Desktop since the burning on that burner doesnt work so i can use that burner to read the dvd to install the OS.
