Help Getting Through PreRequisite Check
I'm trying to install an evaluation version of Service Manager.  The server has been built with Windows 2012.  All of the prerequisites are installed and show up in Programs and Features.  When the install runs and goes through the prerequisite checks, it ends up complaining that they cannot be found.

You tried a restart of the server?

Which prereq isn't found? All of them?

Yes, the server has been rebooted multiple times with no change.

The check is failing on the Native Client, Analysis Services and Report Viewer Redistributable for some unknown reason.  Thus the install never really gets to even start.

The Programs and Features match exactly what is being looked for in the check which is so confusing.

These are version specific so make sure you have the correct ones installed. Its easy to get the wrong ones.

Hi,

Without getting through PreRequisite Check, we cannot install it, you can check the below link for software requirements for SCSM 2012:

Thanks everyone.  The tricks are following the links that the prerequisite checks provide and rebooting the server around the component installs.  It would be nice if the specific versions were provided so the right ones could be installed the first time.
