Help- how to enable Null session pipes on windows 2008 server
Custom application using Null Session Pipes to communicate with remote system breaks on upgrade to W2K8. Whenever application attempts to make a connection it receives Access Denied error. How to enable Null Session Pipes on W2K8? Is there some additional registry setting, or policy changes that differ from W2K3 to W2K8 in regards to Null Session Pipes? If using Null Session Pipes will not work, what alternatives are there?

Edit settings under Local Security Policy -> Local policies -> Security options -> Edit settings under "Network access" to allow for anonymous connections.
