Health Service Warning 2115 on RMS, Managaement Server grey, Error 5304 Alert flow is stalled with pending acknowledgement.

Today i checked an OM Environment which we implemeneted a few weeks ago.

We have three Servers installed two SCOM and one SQL. All are hosted on the same VM Host, Discs are stroed on the SAN (IO is fine) and all discs have a lot of space left...

OS for all Servers is Windows Server 2012 R2 St EN, SCOM 2012 R2 UR6 and SQL is 2012 R2

To reduce the problem we removed all MPs unless the default MPs

Of course no one has done anything...

We have the following 5  Workflows which create 2115 Warnings every minute and it seems they proceed upcounting and do never resolve....

Microsoft.SystemCenter.CollectDiscoveryData

Microsoft.SystemCenter.CollectPerformanceData

Microsoft.SystemCenter.CollectPublishedEntityState

Microsoft.SystemCenter.CollectEventData

Microsoft.SystemCenter.CollectAlerts

Both Management Servers are grey and do not show up as Agents (but are installed)

Since i rebooted the server today i also get an 5304

Local health service is not healthy. Alert flow is stalled with pending acknowledgement.

i followed those two articles without any change:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2288515?wa=wsignin1.0

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2681388

Any one with hints?

ok, we fixed it for now.

Steps taken are:

1. Cleanup all new MPs

2. Reset and reconfigure the Accounts for DW Profiles and SCOM Action Account

3. Stop Monitoring Service, Clear Cache, Start Mon Service

Everything green now
