Hi Folks,

I have one report that build on Report builder,  looks okay on preview. But when I export to Word, the header and footer are touching the top and bottom of the page, & that resulted to be cut off when printed.

See the below attached shot.

Can someone help me to get this correct, so that I can see the complete report in print preview of word.

According to your description, you have added page header and page footer in a report. When you export the report to Word then print, the page header content is cut off, right?

In Reporting Services, Word ignores page header and footer height settings in Word render, so the page header and page footer will display on the top and bottom of the page after exporting to Word. As we tested in our environment, if the page header content can display completely in Print Layout, it shouldnt be cut off in print. Please refer to screenshot below:

In your scenario, would you please check if only page header of this report comes across the issue. Also please check if you have specified any setting for this textbox on page header.
