Having issues with new users folder redirection

I'm getting a 1085 warning stating that: Windows failed to apply the Folder Redirection settings. Folder Redirection settings might have its own log file. Please click on the "More information" link.

I have tried to research this error and it says no information on folder redirection at this time. Other settings like mapped drives are working within that policy but not the folder redirection.

I did a gpresult command and got this:

Hi Jorden,

Thanks for your post.

Do you try to run GPupdate /force to have a try?

And Event ID: 1085  source: Userenv means:The Group Policy client-side failed to execute. Please look for any errors reported earlier by that extension.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc727303(WS.10).aspx

Please also check if an invalid path, improper permissions set on said path/folder.

Here is the article, you may have a check

Security Recommendations for Folder Redirection

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc736916(v=ws.10).aspx

If you pre-create folders rather than letting the folder redirection extension automatically create the folder, check typical errors include:
Redirecting to a folder that is incorrectly ACL
User is not the owner of the folder
Destination does not exist, or cannot be contacted.
