1.Can i migration from the Windows 2003 to Windows 2008? what are effective for my Migration using the same Hardware? You cannot Directly Perform an In place upgrade from Windows 2003 R2 to Windows 2008 R2 Until and unless you have Windows 2003 R2 64BIT OS Running on top of 64bit hardware. As Windows 2008 R2 is a complete 64 bit Operating system and works only with the 64 bit ARCHITECTURE. The most suitable way would be transition. Here is the upgrade Path for Windows 2008 R2 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd979563%28WS.10%29.aspx Below is the complete detailed guide. http://msmvps.com/blogs/mweber/archive/2010/02/10/upgrading-an-active-directory-domain-from-windows-server-2003-to-windows-server-2008-or-windows-server-2008-r2.aspx what is your recommend the hardware for me if my users mailbox and user login more than 100? and I have 5 branch each branch has 30 users? You should do the hardware Sizing Exchange http://blogs.technet.com/b/ucedsg/archive/2010/01/25/hardware-sizing-for-exchange-server-2010.aspx For more help you may also contact the Exchange Server Forums as well as the guys over that forum as much more familiar with exchange related Stuff http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrmigration/threads http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin

In this case you mean that I must to have windows 2003 R2 x64 and Server Hardware support 64bit hardware right? In my server as a PDC : 1. Hardware support both windows 32bit and 64bit 2. but I install windows 2003 32bit can i upgrade it to window 2008 R2 64bite? In my Exchange Server as: 1. Hardware the same PDC but it is running Windows 64 bit, So it is no problem for upgrade to windows 2008 R2 64 bite? Another question is: what are benifit and disavantage for Upgrade windows 2008 R2 using the same Hardware like in my current windows 2003 R2? my hardware capacity as above.

In this case you mean that I must to have windows 2003 R2 x64 and Server Hardware support 64bit hardware right? Yes In my server as a PDC : 1. Hardware support both windows 32bit and 64bit 2. but I install windows 2003 32bit can i upgrade it to Window 2008 R2 64bite? No you cannot upgrade as you should have 64bit Windows Operating System installed on top of 64 bit Hardware In my Exchange Server as: 1. Hardware the same PDC but it is running Windows 64 bit, So it is no problem for upgrade to windows 2008 R2 64 bite? First of All you should never install Exchange Server on the Domain Controller as its not recommended by Microsoft and More over I suggest you not do an Inplace Upgrade on the Exchange Server Instead do a transition http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin
