HYPER-V BACKUP ERROR

Hi ALL,

I have a hyper-v host running Hyper-v Server 2012 R2 Standard with Hyper-V on it, and on that host I got 2 virtual machines running .

VM1 SBS2011std:

sys sbs2011.vhdx

echdata.vhdx

company.vhdx

VM2 2008R2:

sys.vhdx

sql.vhdx

The host hardware ML350G8.

I get the following errors in the eventlog and server manager:

What should I do to be able to repair?

It looks like Hyper-V is having hard time accessing or finding the files it needs to backup on the root of Drive D: (\Device\HarddiskVolume88)

I would

1. Make sure you have good backup in case you're dealing with hard disk failure here

2. Reboot as suggested (failed to attach to volume '\Device\HarddiskVolume88'.  This volume will be unavailable for filtering until a reboot)

3. If backup still fails try to move the VM storage to another disk. Do a storage live-migration.
