I can't find any forums for just "Active Directory" or Windows 2003, and I know we have an enterprise license so it's odd I can't find them, but my questions was about granting someone the ability to enable/disable Dial-In access via Users & Computers. I already know how to give someone permission to reset or change passwords by delegation, but the Dial-IN or VPN option seems to be eluding me. Does anyone have a solution for this off the top of their head?
