Hi,

How is your DNS setup on all the Dc's. Try ping the domain and do nslookup. If possible check your firewall and required ports are open or not using port Query tool.

Must we install Global Catalogue to all domain controller ?

It depends on how is your current Design of AD & how is your network configured also Number of users in each site.

You can go through the article : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732877(v=ws.10).aspx

Hello

if you are promoting a new domain controller in an existing forest you have to select Existing forest and depends on your requirement you can make add domain controller to an existing domain or create a new domain in existing forest . Latter option is to create child domain .

If you want a new forest ( a new name space altogether) then you have to go with A new domain in a new forest .

Let us know what is your requirement.

Must we install Global Catalog to all domain controller ?   It is ideal to have all DCs is Global Catalog when you have good bandwith between sites.

Hi Csoprak,

This error typically caused by the netbios resolution corrupt , Incorrect DNS entry in the client settings of the Server,  incorrected Adapter Binding Order( if you have multiple nic) and Provider Order that was going to be promoted as the Domain Controlle, at server self side Service failures also can caused this issue, such as , netlogon, name services, endpoint mapper service, please check&fix above option then monitor the issue again.
