Get Incident Pending Time

It may seem so basic, but I just need to know how can we fetch the duration in which an incident is in "Pending" state?

It is important to me, since there can be some customization in place which show incident waiting for other activities (like purchasing new equipment). 

Is there any reports about this or if it requires customization, please a
