Hello.

I write a GP for change Internet explorer settings for use special proxy but my GP not applied in Clients. I use "gpupdate /force" on client too but not worked.

1 -In "Security Filtering" I added "Everyone" and "Auth....Users".

2- "Link Enabled" is "yes".

3- "GPO Status" is "Enabled".

Any idea?

According to the screenshot you post here, the group policy failed to apply was due to the system clock didn't sychronized with the domain controller clock.

So you might need to check the time sychronization on your systems, you may check the below links for more reference:
