How to apply GPO in Windows Server 2008 for restrict internet access to computer client (All Windows)?

Hi there,
There are several options to prevent user from Internet access.
Option1.
Disable Conditional Forward and Root hint on your internal DNS server. This can ensure that the clients computer cannot resolve external resource when they want to access Internet.
Option2.
Enable Internet accesss Gateway server on your edge server in the environment. The client has to know the gateway server, otherwise, they are unable to access Internet.
Option3.
Use Internet rule with software restriction policy, this will block user to access specific website.
Persoanlly, I would like to suggest you consider option1 and option2, since they are more easier to use.
