Folder sync between servers
Basic question I'm sure. I have two server 2003 servers (STD) in two towns. Each is just a single server system that really doesn't do much server work. Just act mainly as central file storage for a handful of workstations. We have a shared directory
on one that holds common company files. I would like to have the second server keep a copy and synchronize with it. They are connected by VPN. I looked at offline files but I can't enable that if a server is set for multiple TS connections. I looked at synch
manager but it only offers to synch SQL data. I looked at tech notes on some other server options that look like enrmous overkill for a simple share. I'm probably missing some basic way to do this. Thanks.

Hi Njem
Thanks for post here.
If you are not require a “real time” sync, then I think you may like to use SyncToy to achieve the goal.
SyncToy 2.1

Hope that’s helpful

I've tried synctoy and it looks like a good solution. Thanks.
