Typically you have to query each machine to see who is logged onto it, for this task I use Hyena. But you could also use the event viewer on a domain controller and look at the security logs. This will tell you who logged onto what computer ip and when - not a great solution, depending on what you are trying to do and how often this may or may not be useful.
The last thing you could do is create a logon and log off scripts in powershell to write out each user logon/logoff to a text file, from there you could ascertain which computers in a domain a certain user is logged on to.
