File level IO in resource manager
Under administrative tools, or in the performance tab of task manager, there's a Resource Manager console tool. One of the tabs in the tool is "Disk" and you can watch and see files/paths that are high IO for reads, writes, response
time, etc.
Does anyone know how to record this information so I can see the results over time? I realize I can watch reads and writes per disk using perfmon, but what about specific files?
Thanks
