File Server issue

Hii this is Akshay Pawar i want help about this issue. i have created fileserver on 2012r2 and it is part of domain and i have created one folder on drive-D on that folder i have created subfolder one bye one and create user folder eg(Drive-D -> MIT -> IT -> Staff -> username folder ) and i have allocate ntfs permission on this way :- Drive-D :- Read & execute , MIT :- Read & execute , IT:- Read & execute , Staff :- Read & execute and username folder :- full controll.

The problem is when this user logon on there systems with his user name then the user name automatically add on Root foler on MIT ntfs permission with full controll. and he access all subfolders with full controll i want user will not able access this subfolder.

my question is how user is add automatically on root folder in ntfs permission with full controll.

Hi,

Please set Read & Execute on MIT, IT and Staff folder.

On Staff folder, give Creator Owner - Full Control for "Subfolders only". Then set d:\Mit\It\Staff as the root folder of home folder.
