Fields in DWH database
If you can't see any assigned to you have a problem with your data warehouse. Check the data warehouse mangement servers operations manager log. And check all the data warehouse jobs and see that they are not in failed status.

Hello,

I've checked and find that for the incidents that are into dwh db I can't see
some fields for example:
- Assigned user and
- IT service name,
but these fields are filled in for that incidents that are in SM operational DB. May be it's by design or smth wrong with my DWH?
My reporting doesn't work because of these fields are empty in dwh db.

From the errors you have posted confirms that you have data warehouse problem. There is quite a few blog posts about data warehouse troubleshooting.

You should now that troubleshooting data warehouse is a living hell and most of the time it's hard to fix the problem. If you have the possibility to reinstall the data warehouse i recommend using this.

But if the data retention settings are set so some data only exists in the data warehouse you have to do the troubleshoting.
