Hello,
it is not recommended to run a 32bit application on a 64bit OS.
Run sfc /scannow and check again. If this does not help, perform an in-place upgrade and try again.

Hi,
Can you run your application successfully before or on other Windows Server 2008 R2 computers?
If not, I am afraid that your application is incompatible with Windows Server 2008 R2. You have to run it on other systems or further develop the application
to make it compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2.
