Hi,

I have around 40 web application being monitored in SCOM 2007 R2. All web apps are configured correctly.

Every 2-3 months, it happens that any of the application starts throwing false alerts with every poll and creates and hence creating tickets.

These alerts are not generated through same watcher node, so I cannot blame the watcher node also. 

This time 3 different applications are throwing this error from last two days.

Can anyone help me in troubleshooting this.

I would like to confirm that what alert did you recieve? Do you mean all those web apps work fine, and through the watcher node, you can access them without issue.

Will you please also reset health for those web application monitor and check the result.
