I am using WordPerfect X4 and having trouble with the following error that comes up when I print from a new HP Color Laser 2020. Failed platform function SetWindowExtEx. I have a feeling this is a program clitch can anyone tell me how to repair it. I have reinstalled Windows XP Pro and the HP drivers and done everything possible in the HP program to correct the issue. Nothing seems to help. Thanks for your help.
