I have Command Prompt running as administrator and have entered the following commands: C:\Windows\system32>ftp ftp.company.com User (ftp.company.com:(none)): ravi 331 User name okay, need password. Password: 230 User logged in, proceed. ftp> get ftp-svr\ftp\snapshot.cab 200 PORT Command successful. 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for snapshot.cab (229222 Bytes). 425 Cannot open data connection. If I am remotely connected to Client 1b and enter the same commands, the FTP file transfer is successful. If I am remotely connected to Client 2 and enter the same commands, the FTP file transfer attempt results in the same error. Can anyone help me with this please? PS. I work in the IT department for corp.company.com so I have full access to the webserver.
