Hello, I have a few staff (I'm just tech support) who are experiencing the following error message when they attempt to change the output printer within FRX Drilldown Viewer: "error: 0 . Cccurred in: APIPrintCommonDialog()" Hopefully some helpful information about the system: They're using the FRX drilldown viewer application within a Citrix XenDesktop environment. It's running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (SP1). The OS is a 64-bit version with 8GB RAM installed. Please feel free to reply back with any need for additional information. I tried to search the event logs but was unable to find anything of use...perhaps someone could point me in the right direction there, as well? Many thanks! Anthony
