We have FIM CLM 2010 currently pointing to one pki server, and I would like to configure CLM 2010 to point to a completely different server. Is this as easy as running the configuration again and providing the new server name? Or do we have to do some configuration on the PKI server and on the FIM Server? Any articles you can point me to will be greately appreciated.

In the %systemroot%\system32\certsrv\certdat.inc file, you can change the sServerConfig and sServerDisplayName values to point to a different CA.
