As per the post I understand that you will create a new Domain in the Existing forest. How to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc782483(v=ws.10).aspx When a new domain tree is created in an existing forest, a two-way, transitive tree root trust is established by default so that you don't have to worry about sharing the resources between two domains Sharing Resources across domains http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc787646(v=ws.10).aspxhttp://www.arabitpro.com

I agree with Syed , If you are adding the new domain in an existing forest no need to creating any trust between them , as by default they will trust each other.
