It is not possible to *renew* expired certificate. This is because existing certificate is used to sign renewal request. Since existing certificate is expired you cannot sign the request. Vadims is saying that you cannot renew an expired certificate, which is accurate. The solution is to get a new certificate for the expired device(s). You will need to download the certificate from an issuing certification authority.

The Certification Authority, I created by manually on the Windows Server 2008. http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?DisplayLang=en&id=23399 This server is expired date of certification.
