Exchange Server Rebooted Unexpectedly
The server is running windows 2003 sp2 and exchange 2003 sp2. After the server came back up, i logged in and got the MS Error Reporting. Below are the details (have to type it in since I can't paste the screen shot): Internet Information Services Error signature AppName: inetinfo.exe AppVer: 6.0.3790.3959 AppStamp: 45d69692 ModName: transsinkin.dll ModVer: 14019.1123.0.38 ModStamp: 4b0ab261 fDebug: 0 Offset: 00002f49 Reporting Details: This error report includes: information regarding the condition of Internet Information Services when the problem occurred; the operating system version and computer hardware in use; your Digital Prodict ID, which could be used to identify your license; and the ip address of your computer. etc.... I've sent the report and search technet and google search for the issue I just got but have no luck in finding the root cause. Can you help? Thanks. Pablo Calara

Hi, According to the error message, it looks like the inetinfo.exe process crashes because of the transsinkin.dll. I searched the Internet and found that the transsinkin.dll is provided by GFI. I suggest that you check with GFI if there is any update or fix for the issue. Thanks. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
