Hi i have install System center 2012 service manager sp1 on windows server 2008 R2 

The problem which I am facing is to create a email exchange connector.

In exchange connector it showing the status Never Run

I am using Exchange 2010 SP2

Can you please check the event viewer for any errors related to Exchange connector ? "Operations Manager"

also which version of Exchange connector you are using ?

The Exchange Connector documentation assumes the account associated with the connector is the default workflow account.  We were using a different account and getting the "Never Run" status you are.

Our solution was to add the Exchange Connector account into the Workflow role.  Deleting then connector and recreating it resolved the problem.  We also enabled the documented registry keys to get more detailed event log information.

I know this is an old thread but I was curious as to if you got this issue corrected.  I am having the same issue with Service Manager 2012 R2 and the Exchange 3.0 connector.

can you delete Exchange connector and Management Pack and http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38791  download Exchange Connector 3.0 and re configure

and also when you create exchange connector, create by exchange connector user. and select this user for sync.
