Exchange Connector: Unable to process mail item.

Exchange Connector: Unable to process mail item. Subject="text [IR###] - more text", Error Message=The key value of an object cannot be changed.

I am using the Exchange Connector 3.0 RTM version.

We have extended the incident, service request, and change request classes with a Customer configuration item that needs to be there for reporting and workflow. Any reply to the mail address with the incident number gets this processing error. We have recently put this into production and need to have this capability. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

A comment posted on the SCSM engineering blog seems to indicate a possible cause of an extended incident class with custom properties, but offers no fix at this point.

I think for the moment you can't extend the workitems class with Exchange connector 3.0 RTM.
