Exchange Connector

Hi,

My Exchange connector 3.0 rtm is working properly fine if i am sending the emails with subject as  [IR], but if i am sending mails without including [IR] in the subject no mails are getting triggered in incident management of SCSM 2012.

Please help me out!!!

Please check the incident template that is releated to new incidents in the Exchange Connector settings.

Any information about the issue in the event log?

Did you increase the log level of the Exchange Connector already (to see mor details)?
