Exchange CI Troubleshooter error

Hi all,

On my Exchange 2010 SP3, I can see several errors "CI Troubleshooter error" indicates that "Get-ExchangeServer is not recognize as cmdlet". This server is monitored by SCOM 2012 R2.

I found on TechNet it's because "This error occurs when the Exchange Cmdlets snap-in has not been added to the PowerShell instance".

My question : how could I resolve this issue ?

Thank you.

Hi,

When you run Get-ExchangeServer command on the server, what is the result?

Have you followed the link below:

Hi Yan,

In EMS, this command output is correct. In PS, this command is not regognize.

About your link, all seems to be correct.

Hi,

This issue is caused by the Exchange module or snap-in is not loaded. I would like to suggest you re-download the management pack for Exchange 2010, and check the result:

As far as I know, the MP should load the snap in before running powershell command.

Hi Yan,

So, I just have to re-import the management pack without others actions ?
