I have Exchange 2010 Version: 14.02.0247.005. I am currently looking to generate a report of mailbox/ database sizes for the last year (2012). The whole purpose is to check the growth of database year wise; means what was the size of database in 2010, 2011 and 2012? Executives need this type of report.

Please assist.

Actually, I have no monitoring tool installed and I need to generate a report of mailbox database size of previous years based on the emails generated, like

                                                                                   Year

                                  2009                2010              2011            2012             2013

Database Size (MB)     (xx) MB             (xx) MB         (xx) MB        (xx) MB          (xx) MB

Is it possible to generate a report like this? one more thing, exchange is upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 in late 2011.
