Hello Sandip, Inetinfo.exe is IIS related process. So refer Technet link:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc786303(v=ws.10).aspx. Moreover check your server once whether any dump file recorded for this server shutdown? If so, I suggest you analyze dump file and find RCA.Regards, Ravikumar P

Hello, Exchange relies on a running IIS server, so if you kill a required process Exchange breaks also. Hello Sandip, Sorry to hear that, you are having issues with your server. However, please understand that, for exchange server queries, there exists a dedicated forum and there are exchange experts who can give more insight on the issues which you have. Hence, as already suggested by Meinolf, please create a new thread in Exchange forum wherein you would likely to get better help than here. If you wish to create a new post in Exchange forum, please provide as much details as possible such as event log errors/warnings, any security application installed on exchange server etc... Thanks for your understandingI do not represent the organisation I work for, all the opinions expressed here are my own.
