In application log i can see one error hanging application WINWORD.EXE, version 11.0.5510.0 hang module hangup, version 0.0.0.0 hang address 0x00000000

hi there, i have seen in past the same error in event log. this normally occurs when there a conflict with 3rd party applications installed on windows OS . questions======do you have issue opening winword ? / office word application ?do you see a hang in any of the mode ( opening , closing , writing data , saving etc ) ?sainath Windows Driver Development
