Event Viewer error message
By opening the Event Viewer log files such as:
Application,Security, System

Can't find Event Viewer service in services.msc
Tried to start Event log services error message:

Can't completedly delete all the registry key specified by the link that you provided access denied, however some of the registry key is deleted. After rerun the event log service the same error message:

---------------------------
However in my windows xp there's no parameter folder and also there's no ServiceDll Dword in my windows xp. The rest of registry key is O.K i could find it.
